Additional Information Anthony Todd Thompson was born in Edinburgh. In 1800, Thompson left Edinburgh, set up a medical practice in London and was admitted to the College of Surgeons. Admitted licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians of London in 1828, Thompson was made a fellow in 1842. The Domestic Management was originally published in London in 1841.
